The assault on the tactical office comes amid increased frailty in the North-west with Kaduna State at the focal point. Kaduna State is daily becoming more volatile and insecure.

In a space of just five months, over a hundred students have been captured in different schools across Kaduna State as the state Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has persevered on his no-ransom-payment protocol.

Prior to the unfortunate attack, there were reports that Boko Haram banners were located at the Afaka Forest near the Nigerian Defense Academy and Kaduna State Airport.

Nevertheless, in an explanation by the NDA, security experts are on the quest for the shooters who they promised will be found and the kidnapped personnel returned.

The breach of the grounds of the Nigerian Defense Academy displays just how insecure Nigeria has become.
