Players and officials of the Super Eagles, on Saturday arrived in Douala, where they will play the Central African Republic in a World Cup qualifier.

The Nigerian delegation touched down with a chartered flight which flew in from Abuja, the country’s capital.

They will take on the Wild Beasts three days after they suffered a shock 1-0 defeat to the same side in Lagos.

Karl Namnganda’s 90th-minute effort proved to be the winner, as CAR claimed their first victory in the series.

Ahead of the game, Gernot Rohr’s men remain top of Group C with six points from three matches.

CAR and Cape Verde are level in second place with four points.

Liberia sit bottom of the group with three points.
