Reports from Bloomberg, indicate that Tesla.inc, an electric car company owned by the world’s richest man, Elon Musk has invested $1.5billion in Bitcoin.
According to the news source, Tesla.inc will soon start accepting cryptocurrency as means of payment.
Reports gathered say that after the news that Tesla. inc investment in Bitcoin spread round, the prices of digital assets hit a record of $43000.
Cryptocurrency which has been banned in Nigeria, is a digital currency that can be used as a means of exchange for goods and services.
It’s main difference from money notes lies in the fact that it is digital and uses an online ledger that has a strong cryptography to secure online transactions.
