The former striker has added yet another feather to his cap.

Former Nigerian International Obafemi Martins has just graduated from Havard University’s online based school HavardX.

Obafemi graduated from HavardX with a certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Markets after earning a weighted grade summary of 98%.

The ex-Super Eagles front man took to his official Instagram page to share this feat, with some words of encouragement as caption for the post.

“You can surprise yourself with what you can accomplish,” he said.

Obafemi Martins was widely regarded as one of the most successful football players to have come from Nigeria. He won titles in Italy, England and Russia while playing for Inter Milan, Portsmouth, Newcastle and Rubin Kazan.

With his debut for Nigeria coming in the 2004 Unity Cup, Obafemi went on to win 42 caps for Nigeria scoring 18 goals.

Obafemi recently retired from professional football after a brief spell with Chinese club Wuhan.
