HIRING – HR Manager (Fintech Startup)
Location: Lagos
Our client is a startup fintech company with a presence in over 5 African countries.
The Company is currently sourcing for an experienced HR Manager with a specialization in Talent Management with an emphasis on succession planning and performance management.
Requirements:
Good First degree in any discipline
MBA or Masters will be an added advantage
Professional certification in CIPM/SHRM
5+ years work experience with at least 3years in a leadership capacity driving HR initiatives and strategy, preferably from a technology or fintech company.
Must have the ability to develop and implement people management framework and organizational culture
Excellent communication and people management skills
Compensation: BTW 350k and 600k monthly net salary.
