Does Ice Cream have health benefits?

We learn everyday. We discover new things everyday, and I’m here to share with you some shocking revelations. Are you ready?

Ice cream is known to be a sweet and refreshing treat which is high in sugar and calories but I bet you didn’t know that Ice cream has health benefits.
I don’t know what’s running through your mind now but I bet this all sounds funny and new to you. Without further ado, let’s get right into the health benefits.

1) Ice cream gives you energy due to the fact that it contains ample sugar in it which immediately makes you feel energised.
2) It stimulates your brain and makes you smarter, research has proven that people who took ice cream in the morning are more alert than others.
3) Did you know that when you eat Ice cream your body produces a hormone known as serotonin which makes you happier?
4) Eating Ice cream prevents breast cancer cause it is high in calcium which helps to lower or reduce the chances of breast cancer in women.
5) It helps you lose weight, shocking right? I know. You tend to lose more calories when you eat cold foods.

There are many more but I just decided to drop five. I know a lot of people who stopped taking Ice cream due to the side effects they heard it has, well the truth is anything taken in excess is bad. Ice cream is a healthy and well-balanced diet when taken occasionally and in moderation.

As the saying goes ” No knowledge is a waste” you’ve learnt something new, endeavour to share so everyone will be aware that Ice cream has health benefits. Do well to drop a comment, I would love to know what you think of this piece. Merci beaucoup.
