The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed has denied all allegations made that he requested a loan from Cubana Group Chairman and affluent entrepreneur, Obi Cubana on behalf of Nigeria.
This news was publicized by the Ministry of Information on its verified Facebook page, where it described the story that the Minister made such a statement as ‘Fake news’.
Part of the news now tagged as ‘Fake news‘, which was published by an online medium said;
“Obi Cubana has this kind of money and Nigeria is borrowing money from China. Cubana should borrow us money, Nigeria is collapsing.
