Man uses angry dogs to chase away NEPA officials who came to disconnect his light. (VIDEO)

A video which is now going viral online shows a man using his two fierce and angry dogs to scare NEPA officials away from his residence.

In the video NEPA officials who came to disconnect the man’s electricity power were clearly distraught and scared after the two dogs made moves to pounce on them.

The NEPA officials still stand still as the dogs made moves to lurch at them still in the grip of their owner. A passer-by who seems to be scared of the dogs holds her breath as she quickly made her way past them.

Moments later, the owner of the dogs tries to hold the dogs back, but he fails, as they loose free from his grip and Chase after the NEPA officials who run away out of fear in the video.
