Buzzing Nigerian musician and entertainer, Ahmed Ololade, professionally called Asake continues his rapid rise to the top of African music royalty
The YBNL Nation superstar, Asake continues to be the hot new kid on the block and has currently bagged a major deal with a renowned American recording, distribution and publishing company founded in 2010, Empire.
The buzzing singer, songwriter, performing artiste and ‘Peace Be Unto You’ crooner, Asake was introduced as a part of the distribution company via their official social media page in the early hours of Tuesday, 18th July, 2022.
The verified Twitter account of Empire shared; “We’re happy to officially welcome Mr. Money aka @asakemusik to the EMPIRE family . Peep the thread below to get familiar with Nigeria’s breakout star ”, see screenshot below.
Details of Asake’s deal with Empire remain unknown but it’s clear that the singer is set to attain even greater heights with this additional plug. Asake, fondly called Mr Money has been in the scenes for a while and has been consistent throughout.
After the release of his maiden self titled EP, ‘Ololade Asake’, he was unveiled as a YBNL Nation signee. The singer has since then topped charts with smash hit after hit from ‘Sungba’ whic features Burna Boy on the remix, ‘Omo Ope’, ‘Palazzo’ and the most recent jam, ‘Peace Be Unto You’.
