Sources say one person feared dead with scores injured.
Armed thugs have reportedly attacked the residence of Yoruba nation agitator, Sunday Igboho situated at Soka, Ibadan Oyo State.
According to reports, one person was feared killed and many confirmed injured as these thugs attacked the residence on Saturday.
Reports of these tragic incidents were revealed to the Punch by Igboho’s lead lawyer, Yomi Aliyyu (SAN), who described the incident in detail.
According to him, the hoodlums stormed his residence and macheted the associates of the Yoruba activist, leaving one dead and several injured.
It was the same house that was attacked by the Department of State Services (DSS) on July 1, 2021, that was attacked by these unidentified hoodlums.
Recall that Igboho is still in detention at a prison in the Benin Republic, after he was arrested by the Police en route to Germany with his family.
However, it is believed that he would be released very soon.
