Abidemi Oluwaseun, a 35-year-old man has been arrested by police in Ogun state for allegedly hiring thugs to beat a teacher who flogged his 15-year-old daughter in school.

Accorsing to the Punch, this news was disclosed in a statement by the police public relations officer in the state, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi on Tuesday, October 12.

Reports say that, on Tuesday, Oluwaseun badged into his daughter’s school, Baptist Girls College, Idi-Aba, with two thugs who attacked up the teacher who he accused of beating his 15-year-old daughter.

Along with Oluwaseun, the thugs who accompanied him were also arrested by the police. Their Identities were revealed as, Fayesele Olabanji(25), Alebiosu Quawiyu,(24).

According to the PPRO, the police force received a distress call from the principal of the Baptist Girl’s College, who claimed that three men who arrived in an unregistered vehicle, and were also armed with brand new cutlasses invaded the school premises threatening to hack down a teacher with the cutlass.

The PPRO said;

“Upon the distress call, the DPO, Kemta Division, CSP Opebiyi Sunday, mobilised his men and moved to the scene where the three men were apprehended in the school premises. The unregistered Toyaota car and the cutlass were recovered from them.

“On Interrogation, Abidemi Oluwaseun, confessed to hiring the two other men to the school to teach the teacher who beat his daughter the lesson of his life.”

Also, DSP Abimbola disclosed that the commissioner of police, Lanre Bankole, ordered that case along with the suspects be investigated properly and charged to court as soon as possible.
