Kashim Shettima, the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential running mate, has reacted to Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo’s successful surgery.
Shettima wished Osinbajo a speedy recovery after his successful surgery in Lagos State.
Osinbajo had undergone a surgical procedure on his leg due to recurrent pain.
The pain is believed to have been sustained from injury while playing squash.
His spokesman, Laolu Akande, confirmed this in a statement sent to DAILY POST on Saturday.
Reacting, Shettima, in a series of tweets wrote: “Get well soonest, Sir!
“I join millions of fellow Nigerians and friends of our dear country around the world, to wish our dearest Vice President, His Excellency, @ProfOsinbajo GCON, SAN a speedy recovery, after his successful surgery in Lagos.
“As Nigerians, we need our extremely humble, erudite and hard working Vice President back on his feat for his good family and all of us, and to continue his excellent works for our dear country.”
