The Nigerian singer continues to take African music to greater heights.

Prolific Afrobeat sensation, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has added another feat to his illustrious music career.

Wizkid, who is also a father of three has risen to be one of the leading artiste in Africa ever since his “Ayo” album was released in 2014. With hit singles like ojuelegba, one can only say without a doubt that he(wizkid) was taking African music to the next level.

The singer has emerged as the most-streamed African artiste on Pandora with 99 million lifetime streams. By doing so, he becomes the first African to achieve the feat.

Pandora is a subscription-based music streaming service based in the United States of America. Precisely, it is owned by Sirius XM holdings based in Oakland, California and only available in the USA. The service carries a focus on recommendations based on the “Music Genome Project” — a means of classifying individual songs by musical traits.
