Benin Republic head coach, Gernot Rohr will unveil his squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, qualifiers against Nigeria and Libya on Thursday.
According to Joueurs Beninois, there is the possiblity of Paris Saint-Germain right-back Colin Dagba getting a call-up.
Dagba has expressed interest in playing for Benin Republic.
The Cheetahs are expected to begin preparation for the games this weekend.
Rohr’s men will be guests of the Super Eagles at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, on Saturday, September 7.
They defeated their neighbours 2-1 in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier in June.
The Cheetahs will host the Mediterranean Knights of Libya at the Felix Houphet Boigny Stadium, Abidjan, in a matchday two tie on Tuesday, September 10.
