Asake delights fans with annoucement of upcoming album

The upcoming album would be Asake’s third in three years.

Nigerian superstar singer, Asake has annouced the release of a new album later this year, much to the delight of his fans.

The ‘amapiano’ crooner made the announcement via his social media page on Monday, June 10, 2024, while also dropping the dates for his upcoming “Lungu Boy World Tour”.

After the success of his previous two albums, Asake’s upcoming third studio album would be his third in three years after the release of his award-winning ‘Mr. Money With the Vibes’ album in 2022. The album, which took the Nigerian music industry by storm won the Album of the Year at the 2022 Headies awards.

Since then, Asake has released his second album titled ‘Work of Art’ which further pushed him to international heights. His song ‘Amapiano‘ featuring Olamide, which was off the album, so him bag a Grammy nomination.

Fans will be hoping that his third studio album would be as delightful as the first two he released.
