Bank Staff Writes Final Words Citing Economic Hardships Before Committing Suicide

A staff member at Globus Bank in Ikorodu, Amarachi, has allegedly committed suicide by drinking sniper owing to the worsening economy, among other factors.

The lady’s picture was posted on social media alongside her note, where she listed her reasons for her actions.

According to the late banker, she felt nothing was working in her life and her future looked bleak alongside extreme hardship and a depleting economy.

Rather than continue to struggle, she chose to end things while apologising to her family and friends for her decision.

Many have empathised with her in the comments, understanding her reason for this action.
