Bellingham Sets New Record at Real Madrid, Breaking Cristiano Ronaldo’s Achievement in LaLiga

Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo’s record at the La Liga club after scoring in their 3-0 victory over Cadiz on Sunday.

Bellingham produced an excellent finish with 16 minutes left as Los Blancos resumed their league campaign with three points.

The England midfielder now has 14 goals in 15 appearances so far for Madrid.

And by scoring against Madrid, he becomes the only player for the club to score more than 13 goals in their first 15 games.

Ronaldo also enjoyed a fine start to life at Madrid following his £80 million move from Manchester United in 2009, scoring 13 goals in his first 15 appearances in all competitions.

But the Portugal international could only equal the benchmark set by Madrid legend Alfredo Di Stefano in 1953 and Spanish forward Pruden in 1943.
