Burna Boy reveals Toni Braxton gets 60% royalties from his song ‘Last Last’

The afrobeat singer revealed this during an interview.

Burna Boy has revealed that American R &B star Toni Braxton receives 60% of the royalties from his recent single titled ‘Last Last’.

This was revealed by the singer while he was talking about how the single came to be during an appearance on a podcast.

According to the singer, he had always wanted to sample Toni Braxton’s 2000 hit titled “He wasn’t man enough”, something he described as creative.

However, he acknowledged the genius of music producer Chopsticks who made it happen on the song.

In addition, the afrobeat star revealed that because of the sample, she gets 60% of the royalties from the song, but he does not mind as long as the song is great.
