Chelsea winger, Noni Madueke, appears to have picked England over Nigeria.
The 22-year-old has been included in the Three Lions squad for the Nations League fixtures against Ireland and Finland.
Under interim manager, Lee Carsley, England will take on Ireland on September 7, before playing Finland on September 10.
Carskey called up Madueke, following his fine start to the 2024/2025 campaign.
Madueke already has four goals this season, having scored in the 2-0 in the UEFA Conference League play-off first leg against Servette.
Over the weekend, the former PSV man grabbed a hat-trick, as Chelsea hammered Wolves 6-2.
If he plays against Ireland or Finland, Madueke will be ineligible to represent the Super Eagles at international level.
