The football superstar continues to expand his property empire in multiple cities.
Cristiano Ronaldo and his partner, Georgina Rodriguez have reported purchased a land on the exotic Jumeirah Island in Saudi Arabia.
According to reports, the piece of land purchased by the couple on this island cost a total of €25 million (£21m/$27m). The Island has also been reported to be a seahorse- shaped island that sits just off the coast of Dubai, few kilometers away from the iconic Palm Islands, and is managed by one of the largest real estate groups in the United Arab Emirates.
Ronaldo, who currently plays for Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr, seems to be drawing up long time plans for a base in Saudi Arabia. It is reported that the 39-year-old is planning to build a mansion on the land, with work due to be finished by the end of December 2024.
There are already 15 luxury houses on the island, which boasts the most exclusive beaches in the region, entertainment clubs, a hotel, yacht club and diving centre.
Ronaldo already has properties in Madrid, Marbella, Madeira, New York, Lisbon and Turin, but hopes to enlarge his coast.
