Disturbing Video of Ailing Actor Amaechi Muonagor on Sickbed Sparks Controversy

A new video shows Amaechi Muonagor, a veteran Nollywood actor, speaking from his sickbed.

Muonagor, who is a regular figure in Nollywood, was rumoured to be suffering from kidney problems a few months ago, but the situation appears to have deteriorated.

A video circulating online, however, shows him trying to communicate while on his sick bed. The actor, who was barely audible in the video, greeted in Igbo before saying additional things that were impossible to understand due to his poor voice.

The video elicited a flood of emotional responses from netizens who empathized with the wounded actor.

Muonagor’s face was bloated, and a plaster was visible on his chest.
