“I always thought OBO hated me” — Omah Lay says after Davido gives him a shoutout

Nigerian singer, Omah Lay expressed surprise as Davido gave him a shoutout while he was with Kai Cenat on the American’s live stream.

The musician was genuinely amazed at the gesture and wrote down how he felt on his Twitter page.

According to him, he used to believe the OG musician hated him but recently discovered that was not the case.

During a nighttime drive with Kai Cenat, Davido was playing Omah Lay’s song, ‘Reason’.

While playing it, he introduced the singer to Kai, stating that he is, “Hot asf”.

Kai Cenat who fondly remembers Omah Lay as the man who danced with another man’s girlfriend on stage, claimed he was afraid of him and begged him not to take his girlfriend.

Omah Lay who was grateful for the exposure Davido gave him on the livestream, is now reassured that the singer doesn’t hate him.

He tweeted;
