The rising star also paid tribute to the victim of the unfortunate incident.

Zazu crooner Portable has promised to compensate the family of the victim who was crushed to death by his Range Rover automobile on Tuesday.

In a video shared online today, the singer disclosed that he was not the one driving the car when the unfortunate incident occurred as he was at his son’s naming ceremony.

According to him, he paid a visit to the hospital where the victim was admitted to foot the bills of the Okada rider. Furthermore, he also explained that the rider had given up the ghost before he got there.

Recall that one of Portable’s aides was said to have crushed a commercial Okada rider to death on Tuesday in Ogun State. The incident occurred while the aide was on his way to attend his employer’s son’s naming ceremony.

Although Portable stated that he wasn’t the one in the vehicle at the time, netizens on social media have faulted that part of his claims.
