“I love this African Queen”- 2Face defends Annie over comments on reality TV show

The music icon says her sincerity is one of the reasons he loves her.

Legendary music superstar, 2face Idibia has defended his wife, Annie Idibia over her recent outburst on the Young, Famous and African reality TV show.

During one of the episodes of the show, Annie expressed her frustration at the fact that her first child was 2baba’s fifth. She could not explain the embarrassment and humiliation she faced.

“When you meet someone, then you know them first and then you wake up to different people are having babies for him and then he has five different kids with other women, my first child is his fifth and I met him before everybody,” she said.

However, her loving husband has come to her defence saying she would say the same thing to his face without mincing words.

“I have never been a fan of this reality TV thingy,” 2face wrote on his official Instagram page.

“But I must ask or rather point out the fact that whatever Annie felt she said, it was straight up to whoever.

“She never laughed with anybody and said different behind. That’s one of the reasons I love this African Queen.”

2face and Annie got married in May 2012, after dating for many years. Their marriage is blessed with two daughters, Isabella and Olivia.
