This isn’t the first time the singer has ended up on the bad side of his fans.
Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel has reportedly been arrested in Tanzania for refusing to show up at a show he was supposed to perform at.
According to reports, fans gathered on Sunday, 7th of August to watch Kizz Daniel perform at a sold-out show.
However, the Buga crooner refused to show up for his anticipated performance much to the disappointment of his fans.
On Monday, video surfaced online of angry fans throwing objects at a deserted stage which Kizz Daniel was supposed to perform.
The fans could be seen throwing cans of drinks and other objects at the stage and left the event angrily.
Reports suggest that Kizz Daniel did not show up because his luggage was yet to arrive in Tanzania from Uganda and he also refused to wear the clothes offered to him to wear.
The afrobeat singer has however been arrested on Monday by the Tanzanian police.
A video currently trending on Twitter, shows the singer escorted into a waiting van by armed policemen.
It is believed that his arrest was related to his absence from the show, but it’s unclear who filed the complaint or issued the warrant for the arrest.
This isn’t the first time Kizz Daniel would be in the news for showing up late to a show. Fans in DMV, United States were recently left angry and demanding a refund after the singer refused to show up for over four hours.
