A young Nigerian lady living in the United Kingdom laments the loss of her fine girl privileges since moving to the Queen’s country.
A video going viral on social media depicted a woman walking down the street on a hot day without assistance from motorists.
According to the Nigerian lady, she would have received a plethora of assistance from ‘people’s husbands’ willing to offer to save her from the scorching fun.
“I’m sure people will come after me. However, fine girl privilege does not exist in the United Kingdom. Why would you be walking on the road and not even one person will stop and say, ‘Hello beautiful angel, are you going my way? No!
“However, if this were Nigeria, five different people’s husbands would have pulled over on the side of the road on this hot summer day like this and asked, ‘Aunty, are you not hot?'” Are you not following my lead? But look at how I’m walking…oh no! “I’m going back to Nigeria,” she announced.
