WATCH: Sadio Mane’s 18-year-old wife Aisha Tamba receives hero’s welcome as she returns back to school after their wedding

The Al-Nassr star is currently in Cote d’Ivoire for the 2024 African Cup of Nations.

Sadio Mane’s newly wedded 18-year-old wife received an incredible welcome back to school from her fellow students, following her wedding ceremony to the football star.

In a video, which has since emerged online, Aisha Tamba (Sadio Mane’s new wife) made her return to school to resume her studies. The young wife was serenaded by her schoolmates as she waved to them to a beaming smile.

While his new wife returns to school, Mane jets off to Cote d’Ivoire ahead of the African Cup of Nations, set to kick off by January 15. The former Liverpool star, alongside his teammates, would be looking to help fire Senegal to a second straight AFCON success.

Senegal are reigning champions going into the competition, after Mane scored the winning penalty in the final of the 2022 edition against Egypt.
