Nigerian rapper, Falz has opened up why he’s against the emergence of Bola Tinubu as president-elect.

Falz spoke in an interview Arise News.

The rapper said: “To say the least, the rules and regulations that were supposed to guide this election were not applied.”

Falz, who released a song to criticize Mahmood Yakubu, said the INEC chairman announced the rules himself but failed to comply with them.

He alleged that “suddenly the process became non-transparent” adding that “it was clear that there were some foul plays involved.”

Falz also spoke on his latest song titled Yakubu where he said the INEC chairman acted like a fraudster.

The rapper said: “Yakubu was an account of events as they transpired during the last couple of months.”

He added that the song was self-explanatory.
