Several fans of the Italian club Napoli have travelled to Côte d’Ivoire to show their support for Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen during the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
In a video posted on the Super Eagles’ X handle, Osimhen was seen chatting with the three fans who were putting on Napoli jerseys. The fans later posed with Osimhen for a group photo.
This will be Osimhen’s second appearance at the AFCON after making his debut at the 2019 edition in Egypt.
This year’s competition will kick off on Saturday, January 13, between Côte d’Ivoire and Guinea-Bissau.
