BBNaija season six: has it been “exciting” so far?

“Many of the housemates are boring!” These are the words most viewers are using to describe BBNaija season six.

The reality TV show, Big Brother Naija has never failed to entertain Nigerians since it began a decade ago. But the show seems to have lost that spark.

Over the years, Big Brother Naija has been the most anticipated and biggest show in Africa. This is because of the different characters that grace the house every season.

From the likes of Bisola and co, Erica, Laycon, Mercy and others, the show was lit and we could literally spend all day with our eyes glued to the TV.

But what has happened to season six? Has it been good so far?

Ever since Multichoice announced July 24 as the premiere date for season six, fans and viewers started to anticipate the excitement their favorite show was about to bring.

That hasn’t been the story so far…

Season six seems to have sucked up all the excitement and fans are like “what is wrong?” Some even say Big Brother has gotten it all wrong this time.

No wonder Ebuka was in para mode when he voiced out his opinion to the housemates.

Many of the housemates look as though they are just “copying past winners”, no fun, no stricking personality, nothing! What could have gone wrong?

In the house, there is a Angel who just wants to be naked, a Maria who thinks everyone his after her and a Yousef who has barely said five words!!

Niyi thinks he’s the first married housemate ever and there is a Tega whose husband is even giving us more content that Tega in the house.

Little excitement has been drawn from the show so far. I mean where are the days of Bisola, Mercy and Laycon that were filled with excitement right from the beginning?

So far, Angel appears to be the only vibe in the house as she dares to do anything, while the rest seem to be living a life of pretence in the house.

We, as fans, can only hope the show begins to spice up soon and we get the entertainment we bargained for.
