Role: Operations Manager (Full time)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Objectives
To plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the company and ensure that they run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. To formulate plans, manage operations on a daily basis, and allocate resources for optimal use.
Responsibilities
• Keep the office and facility operations running smoothly, oversee and control every aspect of the business.
• Oversee studio scheduling from pre to post-production including, photoshoot scheduling, shoot execution and final deliverables.
• Establish policies, objectives, and goals for the company in coordination with the Managing Director and other team members, while driving the implementation of the organizational process, developing organizational goals and policies
Partake in the selection of key personnel for the business.
● Understand each employee’s responsibilities and ensure peak performance to achieve the business targets. Etc.
Qualification/Experience:
• Previous work experience in project mgt, Sales & Marketing, and finance.
• A degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
• 3-5 years experience as a Business Manager.
