Did you know it’s easier to let go of a relationship than let go of your toothbrush?
Omooo..E be things.
It’s a toothbrush palava today. Now I don’t know why this topic just dropped on my head, but I find it interesting and would love to write about it and hear your opinion as well.
I don’t know if the problem is that you don’t set a period or you just don’t know when it’s the right time to, or you are just indifferent about the whole thing and don’t feel it matters if you change it or not.
A lot of people tend to change their toothbrushes mistakenly, what do I mean by this? I mean they only get a new toothbrush when the old one gets missing. As funny as this may be, it is very true. Which category do you belong?, Don’t flinch, I’m shaking tables already.
If you are doing this, you are wrong. Your toothbrush doesn’t have to look this way before you let it go.
Come on, I know you love it, you’ve made memories together, but sweetheart, It’s time to let go biko.
A worn-out toothbrush doesn’t even clean your teeth effectively, to begin with.
Let’s get to the solution. When should I let go of my toothbrush?
A toothbrush is a dental hygiene instrument and should be changed regularly, over 3 months, with all things being equal, but in cases where you fell ill at some point, or you were under the weather, do change your toothbrush.
You may feel it’s not been long you got it, still replace it. Don’t hesitate, just get a new one.
So since we are talking about Toothbrushes, I just thought it wise to add this. Your toothbrush covered all the time is not hygienic. Once you’re done brushing, it’s important you rinse with water, and allow it dry in the upward position. Do not I repeat, Do not cover your brush all the time, cause it could lead to the growth of Bacteria.
So yeah that’s all about it.
What did I miss out on? Got a question? wanna share your view? please do all this in the comments section, cause I would love to hear your thoughts.
