In the UEFA Champions League, Vinicius, the winger for Real Madrid, achieved a remarkable feat on Tuesday by equaling one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s records.
During Real Madrid’s first-leg semi-final match against Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabeu, Vinicius delivered a stunning goal. However, Kevin De Bruyne later responded with an equally impressive strike, resulting in a 1-1 draw.
Notably, Vinicius also managed to match one of Ronaldo’s records during his goal-scoring moment. The Brazilian international has now contributed to a goal in 11 consecutive starts in the Champions League.
At the age of 22, Vinicius has already scored seven goals in Champions League knockout matches, all of which have come against Manchester City (2) and Liverpool (5).
