The troubles coming for Neymar this season is something to be astonished about. It was announced that the PSG star who recently tested positive for Coronavirus, incurred a two-match ban, after receiving a red card on Sunday’s rough Ligue 1 match, for punching Marseille defender, Alvaro Gonzalez.
The game also ended badly for PSG as they suffered 1-0 defeat to their opponent team, Marseille.
Neymar took to social Media and accused his opponent, Alvaro Gonzalez of racism, and urged the authorities to investigate through VAR.
Also, Neymar’s team-mate, Angel Di Maria has also been accused of throwing spit at Gonzalez, and will be summoned by the League’s next Disciplinary Committee on September 23rd.
Four other players were also given red cards in Sunday’s rough Ligue 1 match. Amongst these four players are two players from PSG and the other two from Marseille.
From PSG side is Leandro Paredes, who was given two-match bans, and PSG defender, Layvin Kurzawa who received a whooping six match ban.
While from Marseille is Dario Benedetto who was suspended for Marseille’s match with Saint- Etiene on Thursday, With Jordan Amavi who incurred a three match ban.

Meanwhile, Alvaro Gonzalez has denied Neymar’s claims that he is a racist. Marseille team Officials were also quick to support their player by releasing a statement which said, “Alvaro Gonzalez is not a racist, he demonstrated it to us by his daily behavior once joining the club, as his teammates have already testified.”
President of the Disciplinary Committee, Sebastien Deneux, said that the evidence of Gonzalez alleged racist behaviours were not “sufficient” enough to punish him. Although French League has announced that investigations are still going on over Neymar’s racist accusations against Alvaro Gonzalez.

This isn’t a good sign for Neymar.
PSG should not be affected by Neymar absence. They have enough stars
I feel neymar’s absence shouldn’t affect their (PSG) mode of play
