Popular Nigerian musician, Damini Ogulu aka Burna Boy has surprised his fans by releasing a new track dedicated to victims of the lekki toll gate massacre.

The Grammy nominated singer, sang about the dreadful incident that happened at lekki toll gate on October 20, 2020, where a number of Nigerians allegedly lost their lives, while some sustained injuries.

The new track is tittled after the date of the lekki toll gate massacre, 20-10-2020.

Burna Boy’s new song, 20-10-2020, has awakened the sad emotions that Nigerians felt that day. The song will serve as an anthem used to remember and pay respect to the victims of lekki toll gate massacre.

Meanwhile, 2709updates reported earlier that Burna Boy performed his hit song “Monsters you made” featuring Chris Martin at the 15th BET award which was held on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.

At the end of the performance, Burna Boy said: “This is for Tiamiyu Kazeem. This is for Kolade Johnson. This is for everyone that has lost their lives at the hands of SARS and all kinds of police brutality. End police brutality now and end profiling.”
