“Nigeria will not kill me” – stray bullet kills graphics designer, Oke in front of his compound

Oke, a young Nigerian has reportedly died after he was hit by a stray bullet right in front of his compound.

According to reports, Oke is a graphic designer who resides in Lagos state. He was hit by a stray bullet on the 21st October, 2020 shortly after he wrote “Nigeria will not kill me” on Twitter. Oke wrote the statement after the monstrous shooting at #EndSARS protesters at Lekki toll gate by the Nigerian army.

Instablog9ja reports that Oke was hit by the stray bullet exactly three hours after his tweet.

Tributes have continued to pour for the young man as the incident has left many people,especially loved ones and close friends of the deceased, in shock. Notably among them is girlfriend Derin who took to her Twitter handle to express her grief at the incident and also share pictures of both of them together.
