Cardi B confirms split from Offset after 6 years of marriage

The global superstar says she is back in the market.

American rapper and superstar Cardi B has confirmed that her marriage to former Migos rapper, Offset has ended.

The ‘Bodak yellow’ rapper revealed this during an Instagram Live session, stating that she has been ‘single for a minute now’.

She said, “I’ve been single for a minute now. But I’ve been afraid…not afraid, I just don’t know how to tell the world,” she said. “The last time I went on Live, I kinda wanted to tell you guys, but I didn’t know how to tell you so I changed my mind. But it has been like this for a minute now.”

Cardi B also stated that she is optimistic about the new year and she will stay curious in 2024.
“I want to start 2024 fresh…open. I don’t know. I’m curious for a new life, for a new beginning,” she added.

This comes after Cardi B and Offset were said to have unfollowed each other on Instagram. The former has also been said to be posting ‘cryptic messages’ on her Instagram stories, talking about self-love, focusing on herself, and shedding dead weight.
